Find an ad worth keeping, click capture, and Poach saves it two ways: as media files plus a self-describing screenshot on your disk (Free), and as a real, queryable row in your own Notion database (Pro). For Checkout fulfillment, Poach sends the opaque local order id to Stripe as client_reference_id and metadata[poach_order_id] for webhook correlation. Poach stores correlated Stripe provider IDs and payment, refund, and dispute status, not card data. Stripe handles card details. It never receives captured ads or Notion content.

Is this a subscription?

No. Poach Pro is a one-time $67 payment for a lifetime license. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. The Free version costs nothing, ever.

Do I need Notion?

Only for Pro. The Free version saves ads to your disk with no Notion required. Pro adds one-click Notion sync: you connect your own Notion workspace and Poach auto-creates the database for you.

Is my data private?

Poach does not send captured ads or Notion content to its licensing/fulfillment service. For Checkout fulfillment, Poach sends the opaque local order id to Stripe as client_reference_id and metadata[poach_order_id] for webhook correlation. Poach stores correlated Stripe provider IDs and payment, refund, and dispute status, not card data. Stripe handles card details. The extension has no analytics or tracking.
